Packed in a small box. Easy to carry inside. No damaged parts or chipped paint. Quick and fairly easy assembly. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the parts aren’t labeled. Most of them only go one way but the bars for the side rails are specific, so be careful at that point because you can get it wrong if you don’t pay attention. We obviously have a VERY SMALL bathroom space to work with and I am thrilled that this fit! It’s not super fancy, but for the price it’s a good value – fairly sturdy (for towels and TP and whatnot…I wouldn’t pull or lean on it in any way) and pretty cute for the little space. I put some leftover flooring on the shelves to cover the wires so things don’t fall through or get stuck. My daughter even “adopted” a little plant to put on the top shelf!

We have a restroom by our garage that was not being used because it was small without much shelving/storage. I measured the toilet and the space required, and this one was perfect for the space. I am able to place items on the shelves including extra toilet paper, and now it’s being used regularly. Just to let you know, it’s not heavy and solidly constructed — it moves when touched, but for me, it does the trick.

I wanted an open wire rack so as not to be limited by little cupboards and slots. Well worth an extra $12 for a sturdy unit instead of the rickety looking ones. It has 4 adjustable feet for leveling. Had to build it in place as the bottom bar had to be under the pipe. About 35 minutes from box opening to tightening the last screw. The pop-up buttons make it easy.

unit wasvm easy to assemble. the only major issue is that the lower cross brace is configured at about 4 inches high which runs into the toilet angle stop. i suggest repunching the mounting holes at least 2 or three inches higher
